Term of Payment: The guests can make a reservation with a money order to Renato Cannella , via Eusebio Chini, n.66, CAP 00147 Rome; or, in alternative, with a credit card,by sending the credit card data (the number, expiration date,and card holder's signature)via fax to one these office numbers +39-(0)6-51607878 or +39-(0)6-51607898 (from 9:00 to 13:00 a.m. and from 14:00 to 18:00 p.m.). The reservation will be validated with your confirmation via fax or e-mail.

Recess: If the cancellation of the booking is communicated, whit Fax or E-mail, within 21 days from the date of arrival foreseen, some amount won't be debited to the client. From the 21° day up to 72 hours before the date of arrival, the client will be debited to the amount of the first night. From 72 hours to the date of the arrival, the client will be debited to the whole amount of the booking.

Check-in and Departure: The guests, when they will arrive to Rome, must contact us at the following numbers:+39-348/3907112. The exchanging of the keys abd other formalities will be done by the personnel of "Tourist House Rome" who will meet the guests upon arrival and departure.The guest may pick up the keys from 12 noon until 7 pm the day of arrival,and are asked to return them to the personnel of Tourist House Rome by 10 am the day of departure.
